Dr. Sarah Miller, PT, DPT
owner, physical therapist
Dr. Sarah Miller is the founder of Revive Rehab and a passionate pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapist. She opened the practice to provide a more personalized, holistic alternative to the traditional medical model, where time, education, and patient connection often fall short. Her goal is to create a welcoming and healing environment not only for patients, but for therapists as well. She is passionate about treating persistent pain conditions and getting individuals back to the activities they love.
Sarah holds advanced certifications in internal and external pelvic floor physical therapy, dry needling, myofascial techniques, and chronic pain management. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Missouri and dual undergraduate degrees in Biology and Psychology from Northwest Missouri State University, where she was a collegiate softball pitcher.
Outside the clinic, Sarah enjoys a good cup of coffee, working out, anything outside, hiking, skiing, and spending time with her husband and daughter, modeling an active, healthy lifestyle for her family and patients alike.
Dr. olivia rousseau, PT, DPT
physical therapist, certified yoga instructor
Dr. Olivia Rousseau is an orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapist and yoga teacher of 14 years who is passionate about women’s health, mind-body connection, and the importance of treating the whole person when addressing physical health and recovery.
Olivia is certified in internal and external pelvic floor physical therapy treatment and utilizes cupping, dry needling, and mindfulness techniques in her patient care. She graduated from Mizzou with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
Outside the clinic, Olivia enjoys family life with her husband and two young girls. She became even more driven in her work after experiencing both a traumatic birth and then a redeeming VBAC with her second child. She loves the outdoors, cooking, and gardening in her free time.
Dr. Hayley Stiers, PT, DPT
physical therapist, dry needling certified, running analysis specialist
Dr. Hayley is an orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapist with specialized training in running rehab. She is passionate about providing personalized care that focuses on getting to the root cause of pain to provide long term pain relief and improve general health and lifelong wellness.
Hayley is a certified internal and external pelvic health therapist, as well as, trained in video running analysis. She uses a combination of manual therapy techniques, such as, cupping, scraping (IASTM), and dry needling to maximize outcomes. She graduated from the University of Missouri with her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
In her free time, Hayley loves exercising whether it’s Orange Theory, Pilates, or going for a run on a local trail. She loves to spend time with her husband, bake sourdough bread, knit, and watch reality TV.
Olivia Hancock

Olivia is from Jefferson City and studied Nutrition and Exercise Physiology and Biology at Mizzou. She plans to attend medical school and hopes to specialize in women's health. Outside of work she enjoys home projects, watching reality TV, cooking/baking sourdough, crafting, and spending time with her boyfriend and golden retriever, Bentley.
Sarah Harrison

Sarah H. enjoys spending time with her friends and sisters, cross-stitching, and reading. She was a dedicated dancer for 14 years, and a member of various competitive teams. Currently, Sarah is pursuing a degree in Public Health and is passionate about making a positive impact in communities. After graduation, she hopes to build a career in grant writing to help organizations secure funding and support meaningful programs and initiatives.
