Birth prep physical therapy

Feel stronger, more prepared, and more confident going into labor and delivery.

Birth prep physical therapy for the pregnant woman

We often see mamas who want more out of their pregnancy care. Pregnancy shouldn’t mean living with pain or having your concerns dismissed. Our mission is to empower and educate women throughout pregnancy, optimize baby’s position, and create a birth plan specific to you. Instead of talking about birth, we actually practice it.

What we treat

“If you're having any pelvic floor issues (or want to avoid pelvic floor issues during pregnancy and postpartum), Revive Rehab is definitely the place to check out. Dr. Sarah and Dr. Olivia are both so knowledgeable about pelvic floor conditions and how they impact your quality of life. Their new space also feels so private and comfortable. It even has a little play area for your kids if they need to come along.”
